Tungsten Carbide Powder WC
Tungsten Carbide powder is a ceramic-metallic (cermet) powder composed of WC grains, widely used in hardmetals, wear-resistant coatings, cutting tools and additive manufacturing.
WC is one of the hardest materials and is often combined with metallic binders like Co, Ni to form cemented carbide.
Pure WC has extreme hardness (HV 2200-2400), near diamond-level, and high melting point (2870℃). But it is brittle and difficult to sinter alone is without a binder as liquid-phase sintering.
WC powder can produced by direct carburization of tungsten, and Agglomeration sintering with spherical shape for additive manufacturing application, binder jetting or SLM, DED.
Customized particle size distribution (15-45um, 45-105um, 45-150um) available upon request.

Haynes 25(L605) powders
TRUER SPHERE – G0025 – Haynes 25 Haynes 25 (L605) (UNS R30605) Powder for Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Haynes 25 (L605) Powder (UNS R30605) is a non-magnetic cobalt-based superalloy powder. L605 maintains good strength up to 1176°C, good oxidation resistance up to 1038°C. It has a unique ability to resist corrosion in
Cobalt powders
TRUER SPHERE – Pure Co – G0000 Cobalt powders are commonly used to manufacture superalloys which are used to produce magnetic, wear- and corrosion resistant and high-strength products. Like iron, cobalt is magnetic and can be used to make magnets. Cobalt powder is also used for superhard alloy materials (such as cemented carbide
Nickel Alloy CMSX-4 powder
TRUER SPHERE – N0004 – CMSX-4 Nickel Alloy CMSX-4 powder -CMSX-4 is single-crystal nickel-base superalloy with super high strength and high temperature resistance in hostile environment due to the presence of the secondary precipitate phases to lock the associated dislocation movements. Hence, there is a great commercial interest in developing additive
