Titanium Nitride Powder TiN
Titanium Nitride powder is a ceramic-metallic (cermet) powder composed of TiN, known for its extreme hardness (2000-2500HV), high melting point (2930℃), and excellent wear resistance and electrical conductivity similar to metals and better than most ceramics. It is widely used in cutting cutting tools and coatings and composites.
TiN powder is produced by Direct Nitridation or Carbonthermal Reduction with the purity 99.8 or 99.9%.
Particle size can be available upon request.
Packaging
TRUER SPHERE AM powders are available in1, 2, 5, 10 and 20kg, packages, or required, packed by plastic bottle filled with inert gas or vacuum.
Water Atomised Iron & Prealloy Steel Powder
Water Atomised Iron & Prealloy Steel Powder Water atomised iron powder involves melting iron and dispersing it into fine droplets using high-pressure jets of water (water atomization). Then these droplets solidify into powder particles. Water atomization produces irregularly shaped particles because water has higher viscosity and impact force compared to
Ti6242 Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Ti6Al2Sn4Zr2Mo – T6242 Ti6242 powder –Titanium alloy Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo (Ti6242) is a near-alpha alloy with tin and zirconium as solid solution strengtheners and combines high mechanical strength, weldability, high temperature stability and creep resistance up to temperatures of 550°C (versus approximately 400 °C for Ti-6Al-4V). Ti-6242 is used
Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders
Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders: What You Need to Know? I often see buyers choose metal powder by price first. Later, they face poor flow, low density, or failed builds. I made the same mistake early on. Powder shape looks simple, but it decides everything downstream. Spherical and irregular metal
Cobalt powders
TRUER SPHERE – Pure Co – G0000 Cobalt powders are commonly used to manufacture superalloys which are used to produce magnetic, wear- and corrosion resistant and high-strength products. Like iron, cobalt is magnetic and can be used to make magnets. Cobalt powder is also used for superhard alloy materials (such as cemented carbide
Nickel Alloy CMSX-4 powder
TRUER SPHERE – N0004 – CMSX-4 Nickel Alloy CMSX-4 powder -CMSX-4 is single-crystal nickel-base superalloy with super high strength and high temperature resistance in hostile environment due to the presence of the secondary precipitate phases to lock the associated dislocation movements. Hence, there is a great commercial interest in developing additive
Nickel Alloy Hastelloy B powder
TRUER SPHERE – N030M – Hastelloy B Nickel Alloy Hastelloy B powder-Nickel Alloy N030B, also known as HB, Hastelloy B, UNS N10675, DIN 2.4600, 00Mo30Ni65Fe2Cr2, can function under very high temperatures and in extreme mechanical stress conditions, and also where high surface stability is required. They have good creep and oxidation
CuCrZr Powder
TRUER SPHERE – CuCrZr – C18150 CuCrZr powder (C18150)(CW106C) is a precipitation-hardened copper-chromium-zirconium alloy offering an exceptional balance of high electrical conductivity and mechanical strength in copper alloy. It is specially for rocket engine combustion chambers, high-performance electrical connectors and circuit contacts to produce complex shape additive manufacturing (3D
Stellite Series Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder
Stellite Series Spherical Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder Stellite Series Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder—Stellite series alloy is a family of cobalt-based alloys known for their exceptional hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Stellite alloys typically contain significant amounts of chromium, tungsten and carbon, along with other elements like molybdenum or nickel, depending on
Nickel Alloy N0536 powder
TRUER SPHERE – N0536 Nickel Alloy N0536 powder, also known as HX, Hastelloy X, UNS N06002 is a solid solution strengthened superalloy, one of the original nickel superalloys with excellent fabricability and weldability used in sintered metal parts and coating applications. For additive manufacturing application, our common production process includes
