Titanium Nitride Powder TiN

Titanium Nitride powder is a ceramic-metallic (cermet) powder composed of TiN, known for its extreme hardness (2000-2500HV), high melting point (2930℃), and excellent wear resistance and electrical conductivity similar to metals and better than most ceramics. It is widely used in cutting cutting tools and coatings and composites.

TiN powder is produced by Direct Nitridation or Carbonthermal Reduction with the purity 99.8 or 99.9%.

Particle size can be available upon request.

Packaging

TRUER SPHERE AM powders are available in1, 2, 5, 10 and 20kg, packages, or required, packed by plastic bottle filled with inert gas or vacuum.

Low Alloy Steel Powder

Low Alloy Steel Powder Low alloy steel powder normally contains small amounts (typically <5%) of elements like molybdenum, chromium, nickel or vanadium etc. These enhance strength, hardness or toughness while maintaining cost-effectiveness. They can be used in pressing and sintering (P/M), 3D printing and MIM etc. our common production process

Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders

Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders: What You Need to Know? I often see buyers choose metal powder by price first. Later, they face poor flow, low density, or failed builds. I made the same mistake early on. Powder shape looks simple, but it decides everything downstream. Spherical and irregular metal
