TRUER SPHERE – Ti6Al4V – T0064
Ti6Al4V powder –Ti-6Al-4V, also called TC4 or Ti64, belongs to the 𝛼+𝛽 type titanium alloy, which is the most widely used titanium alloy grade. Titanium alloys have low density, high specific strength and excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The maximum long-term service temperature is generally at 400°C. It is applied in a wide range of applications where low density and excellent corrosion resistance are necessary such as e.g. aerospace industry and biomechanical applications (implants and prostheses).
Our spherical Ti6Al4V powder has high purity, good sphericity, no satellite powder, excellent fluidity, high apparent density, and no hollow powder which is suitable for 3D printing and additive manufacturing (AM) application, including powder bed fusion (PBF) techniques like selective laser melting (SLM) & EBM techniques. Our common production process for Ti6Al4V powder is EIGA or PREP process.

TA15 Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Ti6.5Al2Zr1Mo1V – TA15 TA15 powder -Titanium alloy Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V (TA15) is a near-alpha alloy which has both high thermal mechanical strength and weldability. It can be used up to temperatures of 500°C (versus approximately 400 °C for Ti-6Al-4V). Typical applications are aircraft & engine part and welding bearing
Ti6242 Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Ti6Al2Sn4Zr2Mo – T6242 Ti6242 powder –Titanium alloy Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo (Ti6242) is a near-alpha alloy with tin and zirconium as solid solution strengtheners and combines high mechanical strength, weldability, high temperature stability and creep resistance up to temperatures of 550°C (versus approximately 400 °C for Ti-6Al-4V). Ti-6242 is used
Ti4822 Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Ti48Al2Nb2Cr – T4822 Ti4822 Powder (Ti-48Al-2Nb-2Cr) alloy is mainly composed of titanium, aluminum, niobium and chromium. it has excellent ductility but poor high-temperature strength because it has a near gamma structure. But can be added into other alloys, such as 316L, for selective laser melting leading to the form of ferrite phase
Pure Ti Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Pure Ti – T0000 Pure Ti Powder – Titanium has high specific strength and excellent mechanical properties, and is widely used in aerospace, 3C electronics and other fields. Our spherical pure Titanium powder (TA1) has high purity, good sphericity, no satellite powder, excellent fluidity, high apparent density, and
