TRUER SPHERE – Pure Cu – C0000
Copper is a versatile material widely used in various industries due to its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and malleability which is essential in the manufacturing of electrical components, thermal management systems, and structural parts.
Our spherical Pure Cu powder( copper powder )can be produced by both Gas atomizing and PREP process which can applied in additive manufacturing (AM), such as 3D printing, laser cladding and powder bed fusion (PBF) techniques like selective laser melting (SLM).

Aluminium Alloy Powder
Aluminium Alloy Powder Aluminium alloy powder consists of aluminium alloyed with elements such as copper, magnesium, silicon, zinc or others for enhanced strength, corrosion resistance. Common examples including AlSi10Mg, 6061, 7075, 7050, AlSi12, 2024, 5052 and AlMgSc etc. AlSi10Mg, 6061, 2024 and 7075 are widely used in selective laser melting
Haynes 25(L605) powders
TRUER SPHERE – G0025 – Haynes 25 Haynes 25 (L605) (UNS R30605) Powder for Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Haynes 25 (L605) Powder (UNS R30605) is a non-magnetic cobalt-based superalloy powder. L605 maintains good strength up to 1176°C, good oxidation resistance up to 1038°C. It has a unique ability to resist corrosion in
CuNi2SiCr Powder
TRUER SPHERE – CuNi2SiCr – C0002 CuNi2SiCr powders can be used for complex parts of bearing or bushing by additive manufacturing. It is better than pure copper and brass for bearing. Its As-built strength of SLM can reach 307 MPa (reported by TRUER RP202205200197) at built rate 13.0 cm³/h with
Nickel Alloy Nitinol NiTi50 powder
TRUER SPHERE – N0050 – Nitinol Powder Nitinol (NiTi50) alloys typically(Nickel Alloy Nitinol NiTi50 powder) are shape memory alloys which has the ability to undergo deformation at the specified temperature, then recover its original shape. And It also exhibits super elasticity which can immediately return to its under-formed shape upon removal
FeCoNiCr Powder
TRUER SPHERE – H0002 FeCoNiCr Powder FeCoNiCr powder is kind of High-Entropy Alloy (HEA) powder is technical expertise of Truer. We mainly engaged in the R&D and production of high-entropy alloy powder for high-end 3D printing by the production process of VIGA, EIGA and PREP. FeCoNiCr powder-High entropy alloy (HEA)
Pure Ni Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Pure Ni – N0000 Pure Ni Powder-Nickel powder can be used to manufacture stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant alloys, such as nickel steel, nickel chromium steel and various non-ferrous metal alloys. For additive manufacturing application, our common production process for pure nickel powder is Gas (argon or nitrogen)
Stainless Steel Powder
Stainless Steel Powder Stainless steel powders primarily are composed of iron, chromium, nickel and molybdenum. It includes Austenitic grade with excellent corrosion resistance, Martensitic grade with high strength & heat-treatable. It can be used in pressing and sintering, P/M, 3D printing, MIM, hot spraying (supersonic spraying) and coating etc. our
