TRUER SPHERE - MCrAlY
NiCrAlY powder is one kind of spraying powders with Y-doped for adhesion. It has good high-temperature oxidation up to 1100 and corrosion resistance. It can form a protective alumina (Al2O3) scale at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for gas turbine components by thermal spray coatings (HVOF, plasma spray) or additive manufacturing (LPBF, DED).
Its chemical composition can be customized, including NiCrAlY, FeCrAlY, NiCoCrAlY and CoNiCrAlY (higher melting point with Co-based).
Our common production process includes Gas Atomizing process (GA) & Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) with high spherical, high purity, high packing density, low porosity and excellent flowing properties.
The particle size can be customized by customer’s needs, normally our PSD 15-45um or 15-53um for LPBF, 45-106um for DED and 5-45um for HVOF or plasma spray.

Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders
Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders: What You Need to Know? I often see buyers choose metal powder by price first. Later, they face poor flow, low density, or failed builds. I made the same mistake early on. Powder shape looks simple, but it decides everything downstream. Spherical and irregular metal

LPBF Rene 125 -Optimizing HIP Temperature for Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) Superalloy Rene 125
In recent years, nickel-based superalloys like Rene 125 have attracted growing interest in the aerospace industry, particularly in turbine engine components where mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, and creep resistance at high temperatures are critical. Traditionally, Rene 125 has been processed via directional solidification (DS), but this method is both time-consuming

Ceramic and Cermet Powder
Ceramic and Cermet Powder Ceramic and Cermet Powder Ceramic powders are typically composed of oxides, carbides, nitrides, or silicates. Common examples include alumina (Al2O3), chromium oxide (Cr2O3), Titanium oxide (TiO2), zirconia (ZrO2), yttrium oxide (Y2O3), yttria-stabilized zirconia, silicon carbide (SiC), chromium carbide (CrC), tungsten carbide (WC), titanium carbide (TiC), Niobium
Water Atomised Iron & Prealloy Steel Powder
Water Atomised Iron & Prealloy Steel Powder Water atomised iron powder involves melting iron and dispersing it into fine droplets using high-pressure jets of water (water atomization). Then these droplets solidify into powder particles. Water atomization produces irregularly shaped particles because water has higher viscosity and impact force compared to
Water Atomised Stainless Steel Powder
Water Atomised Stainless Steel Powder Water atomised stainless steel powders involve some stainless steel grades, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 410L, 430L, 434L, 409L, 201, etc. Water atomization disintegrates molten stainless steel into fine droplets using high-pressure water jets. The process steps include: melting in a furnace, atomizing by water jets
Magnetic Powder
Magnetic Powder Soft magnetic powders are typically iron based alloy blended with elements like Si, Ni, Co or Al to optimize magnetic performance, including Fe-Si, Fe-Ni, Fe-Co series and also amorphous /nanocrystalline alloys by adding boron or phosphorus offering ultra-low core loss. The production method of our soft magnetic alloy
Sponge Iron Powder
Sponge Iron Powder Sponge iron powder is a form of iron characterized by a porous, sponge-like structure, produced via the direct reduction process. This method reduces iron ore using reducing gases like carbon monoxide and hydrogen at temperatures below iron’s melting point (800-1200℃), then reduction products crushed into powders. Truer
