TRUER SPHERE - N0050 – Nitinol Powder
Nitinol (NiTi50) alloys typically(Nickel Alloy Nitinol NiTi50 powder) are shape memory alloys which has the ability to undergo deformation at the specified temperature, then recover its original shape. And It also exhibits super elasticity which can immediately return to its under-formed shape upon removal of the external load. It makes Nitinol a fascinating material for surgical applications. It provides a possibility to make self-locking, self-expanding and self-compressing implants.
For additive manufacturing application, our common production process includes Gas (argon or nitrogen) Atomizing process (GA) & Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) with high spherical, high purity, high packing density, low porosity and excellent flowing properties. The particle size can be customized.
