TRUER SPHERE - N0230 – Haynes 230

Nickel Alloy Haynes 230 powder, also known as Haynes 230, UNS N06230, DIN 2.4733, is a Ni-Cr-W-Mo (Ni 22Cr 14W 2Mo) alloy that combines excellent high-temperature strength, outstanding resistance to oxidizing environments up to 2100°F (1149°C) for prolonged exposures.

For additive manufacturing application, our common production process includes Gas (argon or nitrogen) Atomizing process (GA) & Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) with high spherical, high purity, high packing density, low porosity and excellent flowing properties. The particle size can be customized.
