TRUER SPHERE - N030M – Hastelloy B

Nickel Alloy Hastelloy B powder-Nickel Alloy N030B, also known as HB, Hastelloy B, UNS N10675, DIN 2.4600, 00Mo30Ni65Fe2Cr2, can function under very high temperatures and in extreme mechanical stress conditions, and also where high surface stability is required. They have good creep and oxidation resistance. Its density can reach 9.2 g/cm3 and melting point 1315°C. Its tensile strength can be high near 690MPa with elongation 40%.

For additive manufacturing application, our common production process includes Gas (argon or nitrogen) Atomizing process (GA) & Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) with high spherical, high purity, high packing density, low porosity and excellent flowing properties.

TRUER SPHERE AM powders are available in1, 2, 5, 10 and 20kg, packages, or required, packed by plastic bottle filled with inert gas or vacuum.
