Low Alloy Steel Powder
Low alloy steel powder normally contains small amounts (typically <5%) of elements like molybdenum, chromium, nickel or vanadium etc. These enhance strength, hardness or toughness while maintaining cost-effectiveness. They can be used in pressing and sintering (P/M), 3D printing and MIM etc.
our common production process for stainless steel includes Gas Atomizing process (GA), Water Atomizing process, Cabonyl process & Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP).

CoNiCr Powder
TRUER SPHERE – H0001 CoNiCr Powder High-Entropy Alloy (HEA) powder is technical expertise of Truer. We mainly engaged in the R&D and production of high-entropy alloy powder for high-end 3D printing by the production process of VIGA, EIGA and PREP. High entropy alloy (HEA) are defined as alloys that have
Titanium Nitride Powder TiN
Titanium Nitride Powder TiN Titanium Nitride powder is a ceramic-metallic (cermet) powder composed of TiN, known for its extreme hardness (2000-2500HV), high melting point (2930℃), and excellent wear resistance and electrical conductivity similar to metals and better than most ceramics. It is widely used in cutting cutting tools and coatings
CuNi2SiCr Powder
TRUER SPHERE – CuNi2SiCr – C0002 CuNi2SiCr powders can be used for complex parts of bearing or bushing by additive manufacturing. It is better than pure copper and brass for bearing. Its As-built strength of SLM can reach 307 MPa (reported by TRUER RP202205200197) at built rate 13.0 cm³/h with
Stellite Series Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder
Stellite Series Spherical Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder Stellite Series Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder—Stellite series alloy is a family of cobalt-based alloys known for their exceptional hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Stellite alloys typically contain significant amounts of chromium, tungsten and carbon, along with other elements like molybdenum or nickel, depending on
NiCrAlY Powder
TRUER SPHERE – MCrAlY NiCrAlY powder is one kind of spraying powders with Y-doped for adhesion. It has good high-temperature oxidation up to 1100 and corrosion resistance. It can form a protective alumina (Al2O3) scale at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for gas turbine components by thermal spray coatings (HVOF,
Cobalt powders
TRUER SPHERE – Pure Co – G0000 Cobalt powders are commonly used to manufacture superalloys which are used to produce magnetic, wear- and corrosion resistant and high-strength products. Like iron, cobalt is magnetic and can be used to make magnets. Cobalt powder is also used for superhard alloy materials (such as cemented carbide
TA15 Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Ti6.5Al2Zr1Mo1V – TA15 TA15 powder -Titanium alloy Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V (TA15) is a near-alpha alloy which has both high thermal mechanical strength and weldability. It can be used up to temperatures of 500°C (versus approximately 400 °C for Ti-6Al-4V). Typical applications are aircraft & engine part and welding bearing
Ceramic and Cermet Powder
Ceramic and Cermet Powder Ceramic and Cermet Powder Ceramic powders are typically composed of oxides, carbides, nitrides, or silicates.
