Low Alloy Steel Powder
Low alloy steel powder normally contains small amounts (typically <5%) of elements like molybdenum, chromium, nickel or vanadium etc. These enhance strength, hardness or toughness while maintaining cost-effectiveness. They can be used in pressing and sintering (P/M), 3D printing and MIM etc.
our common production process for stainless steel includes Gas Atomizing process (GA), Water Atomizing process, Cabonyl process & Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP).

Hastelloy C22 Powder
TRUER SPHERE – Hastelloy C22 – N0022 Nickel Alloy powder Hastelloy C22 powder is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten superalloy powder, known as its exceptional corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C22 can maintain strength and oxidation resistance up to 1200℃ which is widely used in thermal spray coatings. It is also suitable for other additive
Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders
Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders: What You Need to Know? I often see buyers choose metal powder by price first. Later, they face poor flow, low density, or failed builds. I made the same mistake early on. Powder shape looks simple, but it decides everything downstream. Spherical and irregular metal

Stellite Series Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder
Stellite Series Spherical Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder Stellite Series Cobalt-Based Alloy Powder—Stellite series alloy is a family of cobalt-based alloys known for their exceptional hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Stellite alloys typically contain significant amounts of chromium, tungsten and carbon, along with other elements like molybdenum or nickel, depending on
Carbonyl Iron Powder
Carbonyl Iron Powder Carbonyl iron powder is processed using carbon monoxide, Fe(CO)5 compound was heated (150-300℃) and decomposed into iron and carbon monoxide. This process involves forming the carbonyl compound first and then breaking it down to get pure iron particles which allows for very fine and pure iron powder
Ceramic and Cermet Powder
Ceramic and Cermet Powder Ceramic and Cermet Powder Ceramic powders are typically composed of oxides, carbides, nitrides, or silicates. Common examples include alumina (Al2O3), chromium oxide (Cr2O3), Titanium oxide (TiO2), zirconia (ZrO2), yttrium oxide (Y2O3), yttria-stabilized zirconia, silicon carbide (SiC), chromium carbide (CrC), tungsten carbide (WC), titanium carbide (TiC), Niobium
