Haynes 25 (L605) (UNS R30605) Powder for Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing)
Haynes 25 (L605) Powder (UNS R30605) is a non-magnetic cobalt-based superalloy powder. L605 maintains good strength up to 1176°C, good oxidation resistance up to 1038°C. It has a unique ability to resist corrosion in very severe environments, highly resistant to hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and wet chlorine. L605 alloy also has good sulfidation resistance and resistance to wear and galling.
Our common production process for Spherical L605 powder is Gas Atomizing (GA) and Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP). We can provide customized powder to meet unique customer needs and provide low minimum order quantity to meet different needs.
Our Spherical powder has the characteristics of high sphericity, good fluidity, high purity, large loose density, full density inside particles, and no hollow powder.
