TRUER SPHERE – CuSn12Ni2 – C012N
CuSn12Ni2 powder is a lead-free and upgraded bronze alloy powder composed of 12% Tin and 2% Nickel with better strength and corrosion resistance than CuSn10 which is more ideal for high-performance bearings marine components and additive manufacturing (3D printing) parts and wear-resistant coatings.
In additive manufacturing, it is suitable for laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) or binder jetting to produce some complex bronze bearing components.
Our spherical CuSn12Ni2 powder can be produced by both Gas atomizing and PREP process.
