TRUER SPHERE – CuCrZr – C18150

CuCrZr powder (C18150)(CW106C) is a precipitation-hardened copper-chromium-zirconium alloy offering an exceptional balance of high electrical conductivity and mechanical strength in copper alloy.

It is specially for rocket engine combustion chambers, high-performance electrical connectors and circuit contacts to produce complex shape additive manufacturing (3D printing) parts, widely for LPBF (good printing properties by laser powder 250-400W, scan speed 600-1200mm/s, layer thickness 20-40um). It can reach UTS 450-550MPa, double as that of pure copper.

Our spherical CuCrZr powder can be produced by both Gas atomizing and PREP process.

Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders

Spherical vs Irregular Metal Powders: What You Need to Know? I often see buyers choose metal powder by price first. Later, they face poor flow, low density, or failed builds. I made the same mistake early on. Powder shape looks simple, but it decides everything downstream. Spherical and irregular metal

Water Atomised Iron & Prealloy Steel Powder

Water Atomised Iron & Prealloy Steel Powder Water atomised iron powder involves melting iron and dispersing it into fine droplets using high-pressure jets of water (water atomization). Then these droplets solidify into powder particles. Water atomization produces irregularly shaped particles because water has higher viscosity and impact force compared to

Water Atomised Stainless Steel Powder

Water Atomised Stainless Steel Powder Water atomised stainless steel powders involve some stainless steel grades, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 410L, 430L, 434L, 409L, 201, etc. Water atomization disintegrates molten stainless steel into fine droplets using high-pressure water jets. The process steps include: melting in a furnace, atomizing by water jets

Magnetic Powder

Magnetic Powder Soft magnetic powders are typically iron based alloy blended with elements like Si, Ni, Co or Al to optimize magnetic performance, including Fe-Si, Fe-Ni, Fe-Co series and also amorphous /nanocrystalline alloys by adding boron or phosphorus offering ultra-low core loss. The production method of our soft magnetic alloy

Sponge Iron Powder

Sponge Iron Powder Sponge iron powder is a form of iron characterized by a porous, sponge-like structure, produced via the direct reduction process. This method reduces iron ore using reducing gases like carbon monoxide and hydrogen at temperatures below iron’s melting point (800-1200℃), then reduction products crushed into powders. Truer
