Brazing Powder
Brazing powders, including nickel based, copper based and aluminium based alloy powders.
Comparable with Cu based and Al based brazing powders, Ni based brazing powders has better high temperature performance and high thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance suitable for marine or chemical industry electronics, but higher melting points requiring higher soldering temperatures.
Nickel based brazing powders are applied in vacuum brazing and gas protection brazing of various carbon steels, stainless steels, super alloys and tungsten carbides.
Copper based brazing powder is applicable to all kinds of flame brazing, resistance brazing, high-frequency brazing and furnace brazing between various copper and copper alloys.
Aluminium based brazing powder is suitable for the welding of aluminium-stainless steel, aluminium-aluminium.
Our brazing powders are produced by gas atomization process with spherical morphology. Particle size can be customized as per customer requirements.
